CH Projects really knows how to set a scene, and Leila is no exception. The space is stunning with excellent acoustics—someone else described it as feeling like dining inside a Disney ride, and honestly, that’s spot on. Based on other reviews, I expected gorgeous decor and so-so food, but I was pleasantly surprised: the food was actually fantastic.
We ordered the salatim platter, which came with a variety of dips and breads—loved the option to add crudités. The gem lettuce fattoush was super fresh, and the tah dig (crispy saffron rice) was a standout. We also had the steak kabob shishlik and the solatani platter with assorted skewers and vegetables. Everything was flavorful and well-executed. We wrapped it up with a stellar sorbet.
Portions were just right for group dining—so refreshing after going to too many “family style” spots where you barely get a bite of each dish.
The open kitchen adds a cool touch with live-fire grilling on display.
Can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu.
